Publisher review:Synthesia is both a simple and fun way to learn to play the piano and furious game. Initiative to monitor!
Synthesia from an original concept and inspired by the game Guitar Hero for PS2 (which also inspired Frets On Fire ), but in a more didactic purpose. As in Guitar Hero, and the notes scroll you have to play in rhythm. To do this you can use a real MIDI keyboard.
Synthesia interface is very simple: choose a MIDI file, the output device (your sound card or synthesizer), and especially the tracks or you'll have to play yourselves (piano, vocals .. .). The view is less "fun" than Frets On Fire but may be lighter and better suited to use a little more complex, given the use of a real keyboard and not four buttons.
